Please join us March 14th @ 3:30 in the Trail Wind Library. During this meeting we will be discussing the upcoming election, including forming an Election Committee and calling for nominations. You will be able to find a nomination form here on the website under the documents tab. April 15th will be the deadline to submit nominations. Please remember that all election related materials must come only from the Election Committee. A special meeting can be called at the end of April for candidates to make their statements to the membership if there is more than one candidate nominated for a position.

We will also be discussing carnival plans, so if you have any ideas please bring them and share! We would love for you to get involved in this event!

There will be the obligatory budget update so that you know how the money your graciously donate is being used. Along these lines, we will discuss direct donation, how the campaign is going and what the money is for.

Another upcoming event to keep your eyes open for will be Bingo Night!

As your PTO Board, we would like to thank you for all of your time and donations that you give to our Organization. Without each and every one of you we would not be able to provide the school with the programs and support we do.

What does the PTO do for the school? We support our teachers by gifting each classroom $200 annually and providing a budget for teachers where they can ask for more funds if necessary. Through funds requests we have supported the school garden, provided magazines for classrooms and numerous other classroom activities. We support the arts by sponsoring Theater Week and fully funding the art program. We support building a strong school community through putting on such events as: Bingo Night, Pizza Night, Assemblies, Color Run, Monster Mash and Carnival. This year we were able to serve the school by putting $32,000 towards new playground equipment. It is amazing what can happen when a community comes together!

If you are looking to make a donation you will find the flyer in the documents tab or a place to donate in the square store. Make sure you get the most out of your donation by checking with your employer about matching contributions. It is through your generous donations that we are able to provide support to the school without asking the students to participate in fundraisers where they are asked to sell products.

Please know that whether or not you can donate you are a valued member of our community and we look forward to working with you to serve our school in the future!

Hello Pioneer Families!

We are so excited to start organizing Pizza Night! Look for a sign up genius coming out soon for volunteer and donation sign ups. I will get a link here as soon as it is available.

The pre-order is not yet up in the Square Store, but it will be soon! We thank you for your patience!

We hope you all get to enjoy some special family time this over this long weekend!
